I tend my own garden. I'm steeped like a fine China tea in alternate parts of hot water and history. Stir the sediment at the bottom of your glass, and see what stormclouds swirl up. Though I tend to keep my own counsel, I believe more truly than ever in the power of magic and serendipity that hooks us - all of us - together. Imagine a spiderweb universe of strung pearls, one reflected each in its other. Here, in this place, I found a set of linked chains that led me to my particular string of pearls, and the gems of friends I've met upon here. They've helped craft me, and my story, into a glittering, intricately-wrought finery that would be nothing more than glass and false sparkle if not for them.
